These classes are designed for the
new practitioner or those needing support in their established meditation
practice. The guest teachers are skilled in various forms and techniques
allowing participants to taste different styles of meditation.
Pasha will be guest teacher exploring Zen meditation. Pasha is
a student of Joan Sutherland Roshi, a senior teacher of Zen Buddhism
and founder of The Open Source.
