Pasha is the founder of Creative Recovery, a cancer support program which activates the creative process, empowering participants to live passionately, transforming their greatest challenges into their greatest triumphs. The Creative Recovery Program is a series of workshops designed especially for men and women at any stage of a cancer diagnosis, promoting wellness and enhancing the integration of body, mind and spirit.

News of a cancer diagnosis can be devastating. It can also be an incredible opportunity to stop, reflect, and re-emerge into the world with a vision large enough to support your “new normal." Instead of rushing back to the way things were, what if you could use this as an invitation to step into a life yet unlived, opening you up to all kinds of amazing possibilities?

Having experienced healing transformation herself through this process, Pasha facilitates workshops and retreats that encourage self-expression, self-acceptance and playful exploration. Pasha supports you in experiencing the love and support that is available to you. You are not alone.

A three time breast cancer survivor, Pasha brings her unique understanding of what it is to have an intimate relationship with the unknown. Encouraging and inspiring her audiences to jump into life full heartedly, even if it's a little scary!

The structure of each workshop is designed to create a safe, holding and non-judgmental environment. Participants can explore their world through a variety of creative mediums such as paint, collage, writing and music. To help reduce stress yoga, relaxation and breathing exercises are taught as well as guided meditations, image work and affirmations. No art experience is necessary just a willingness to show up, turn down the volume of your “inner critic."
